The View from 9 Victoria Quay

One of very few waterfront properties available in Salcombe. A delightful early 19th century fisherman's cottage at the water’s edge, in a sunny south facing position with direct views over the harbour and estuary towards East Portlemouth and South Pool Creek. The cottage has been the second home of the present owners since 1985. As one of the older properties in Salcombe, the construction of our Salcombe Holiday Cottage provides a warm environment in winter and a cool interior in summer - great for holidays at any time of the year.

The property is situated within a few minutes level walk from the centre of the village with its restaurants, village shops and other amenities including a ferry service to the sandy beaches.

Meticulously maintained, this property is a beautifully renovated Grade II listed early 19th century property tastefully and stylishly decorated to preserve the character of the property. There are original works of art by well known artists hanging throughout.
New boiler providing gas central heating and hot water. Telephone.
Unlimited free broadband access gives the ability to keep in touch with friends/businesses as necessary.
