In the name of God Amen I Christian Hanby of Boldron in the County of York Spinster do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)
I Give Devise and Bequeath unto my Nephew William Wilkinson Son of my Brother Robert Wilkinson All that my Freehold Dwelling House together with Ground thereunto belonging Situate Standing lying and being at Boldron aforesaid To hold the same unto the said William Wilkinson his Heirs and Assigns for ever Subject and Lyable nevertheless with the payment of the Legacies herein after Bequeathed
I Give and Bequeath unto my Nephew Anthony Hanby the Sum of One Hundred Pounds which he now stands justly indebted to me and for which I have his promisory note, I also Give and Bequeath unto my said Nephew Anthony Hanby the Sum of Fifty Pounds over and above the said sum of One Hundred Pounds to him before bequeathed, to be paid to him out of my said Freehold Estate at the End of Twelve Month next after my decease
I Give and Bequeath unto Julius Coates Daughter of Elizabeth Coates but now Wife of Benjamin Smith of Kirby in Yorkshire the Sum of Twenty Pounds to be paid to her out of my said Freehold Estate when she shall attain to the age of Twenty Years, but if in case she should happen before she attain the Age of Twenty Years then and in such Case the said legacy shall cease and be utterly Void
I Give and Bequeath unto my Neice Jane Wilkinson Daughter of my said Nephew William Wilkinson my Silver Tankard
And I do hereby Nominate Constitute and Appoint my said Nephew William Wilkinson Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament he paying all my just Debts and funeral Expences, hereby revoking all former Will or Wills by me heretofore made In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the Twenty fifth day of May in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and Seventy Six

Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the said Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who in her presence and at her request have Subscribed our Names as Witnesses the words nevertheless and Smith first interlined
