This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Wilkinson of Boldron in the North Riding of the County of York Farmer made this Thirtieth day of May in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty one
I give and bequeath all my household furniture Stock Crops and all other my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever unto my Son Robert Wilkinson of Boldron aforesaid Farmer and my Daughter Jane Wilkinson of the same place Spinster Upon Trust to pay thereout in the first place all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences [?] After payment thereof then to divide the residue of my said personal Estate between themselves in the following proportions namely two thirds in value thereof to my said Son Robert Wilkinson and one third in value thereof to my said Daughter Jane Wilkinson, with the exception of my linen and silver spoons which I bequeath to my said Daughter And in case when any of my said Children shall die during my lifetime leaving lawful issue then and in that case the share of him or her so dying shall go to their issue in equal proportions And in case either of any said Children shall die during my lifetime without leaving lawful issue then the share of him or her so dying without issue shall go to the survivor of them I nominate constitute and appoint my said Son Robert Wilkinson and my Said Daughter Jane Wilkinson joint Executor and Executrix of this my Will and I hereby revoke and make void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made And publish and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written
