Will of Benjamin Ackrill

of Blyborough, Lincolnshire attested 02 Dec 1808

This is the last Will and Testament of me Benjamin Ackrill of Bliborough in the
County of Lincoln Blacksmith made and published this second day of December
in the Year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Eight ffirst I nominate
and appoint Mr William Watson ffarmer and Mr John Copeman ffarmer both of
Blyborough aforesaid my Executors in trust for the purposes hereinafter
mentioned that is to say all my property of whatever nature the same may be or
consist of after Payment of all my Just Debts ffuneral Expences I give and devise
unto my Son Thomas Ackrill now or late of Nougham in the County of Lincoln to
be applied towards his Maintenance and Education during his minority in such
way as my Executors shall think proper and the remainder if any to be paid unto
my said Son when he shall attain the Age of twenty one Years and in case my
said Son should depart this life before he attains the Age of twenty one Years
then the remainder of my Property I give unto my ffather and Mother Thomas
and Mary Akrill or the Survivor of them and in case they both depart this life
before my said Son Thomas and he should not arrive at the Age of twenty one
Years in that Case I give the remainder of my Property unto my Brothers
Thomas and Joseph Akrill and Sister ffaith Pool or their legal representatives to
be equally divided among them In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will
and Testament set my hand and Seal the day and Year first above written B
