Will of Mary Charlotte Everard

of Liscard, Cheshire attested 08 Mar 1889

I Mary Charlotte Everard of Liscard in the County of Cheshire Widow hereby revoke all former Wills and testamentary dispositions made by me and declare this to be my last Will and Testament I appoint Charles Edward Pepper (hereinafter called “my Trustee”) to be Executor and Trustee of this my Will and the guardian of my infant children I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate including the one eight share of the Island House Estate Loughborough Leicestershire to which I am entitled under the Will of Ann Palmer proved on the first day of June one thousand eight hundred and forty three in the Archdeaconry Court of Leicester unto my trustee Upon trust that my said trustee shall sell call in and convert into money the same or such part thereof as shall not consist of money and shall with and out of the monies produced by such sale calling in and conversion and with and out of my ready money pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts And shall stand possessed of the residuary trust monies and the investments for the time being representing the same In trust for all my children who being sons shall attain the age of twenty one years or being daughters shall attain that age or marry under that age in equal shares In witness whereof I have set my hand to this my Will the twenty eighth day of May one thousand eight hundred and eighty nine Mary C Everard
